Our approach
We have worked in every aspect of the treatment process from being front-line staff in residential treatment settings, decades of experience as licensed therapists, starting and running treatment programs, being clinical supervisors, and trainers. Our mission is to bring cutting-edge training, coaching, and workshops that are designed to change, empower, and educate practitioners.
Supervision with a purpose.
Carl Jung coined the term individuation, which can be understood as the process of becoming self-actualized through integrating the unconscious into the conscious. This is how we approach coaching, supervision, and any of our offerings. It’s not just about learning new things, it’s about us growing as practitioners and approaching our work in a new way.
Training & Education
We’re therapy nerds in recovery from addiction. So we come by our specialties honestly. We have an array of advanced trainings under our belt with areas of speciality in somatic trauma therapy (Somatic Experiencing, attachment focused EMDR, and Brainspotting), addiction, breathwork, and attachment wounds. We are committed to providing cutting edge training and education for therapists, coaches, and professionals working in treatment settings.
